USE & COMMERCIAL FEES
✦ Do NOT trace, copy, AI train the artwork
✦ You must credit me as the artist
✦ Personal — using as icon, banner, stream schedule, normal social media posts, etc. You can print the art as long as it stays for personal use, not profiting in any way
✦ Commercial Tier I (+75%) — streaming assets like starting/waiting screen, thumbnails, etc… Marketing, promotional art, anything that will help you make profit off. Services like pngtuber, panels and emotes already have a commercial fee included. For bigger businesses and brands the fee is +100% - 200%
✦ Commercial Tier II (150% - 200%) — tier I included, using the art to sell and produce any type of merchandise. For businesses and brands the fee is up to +300%. You must credit me for the art
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
✦ Takes 1-2 months to finish depending on my workload and schedule. Don’t rush pls! If by any reason I need longer I will inform you.
✦ Deadlines will charge an extra fee (20% - 50%)
✦ I will send progress pictures once I finish the sketch and colored sketch. After that the number of revisions is up to you, as long as it's not excessive (1-3 ok!)
PAYMENT
✧ I will send you an invoice to your email with stripe
✧ Must be fully paid before I start
✧ For commissions above 300€, a 60/40 payment plan before and after the colored sketch can be allowed
✧ No refunds !! Unless I’m unable to finish your commission
